YOUR DATA

A private place to prepare.

Opportunity Manchester operates this service. Public registration remains closed until the operator’s contact details are configured.

What the service stores

Account details support sign-in and account recovery. Your company profile supports relevance matching. Your evidence notes, files and application drafts are kept in your private workspace. Website operators can administer the service; private documents are not included in public listings or campaign exports.

Your public listing

Directory visibility and partner discovery are optional. If you enable a listing, your company name, description, website, borough, sectors and collaboration offer become public. Turnover, employee counts, account email, private evidence and applications stay private. A registry lookup confirms a company record, not ownership of an account.

Tender analysis and drafting

If full tender analysis is enabled, choosing Apply or continuing preparation sends the extracted official notice and the whole readable buyer document pack, including originals supplied privately by your company, to the configured AI provider. These private documents are not published in the shared opportunity brief. Drafting can also send the actual question, researched buyer requirements, relevant extracted buyer-document passages, approved company facts and selected evidence notes to that provider. Only upload material your company is authorised to use with the configured service. Uploaded files are checked before their text is extracted; neither extracted information nor generated answers are approved automatically. Review every answer, price, declaration and attachment before submission.

Email preferences

Company alerts and deadline reminders are off until you opt in. You can switch them off through preferences or the unsubscribe link. Signing up does not automatically add you to an Email First marketing list. Email First editions use public listings and existing audience permissions.

Retention and account closure

Active account information is kept while you use the service. Closing your account removes its public visibility and stops queued alerts immediately. Company data and private files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Completed delivery records, operational logs and the minimal account-closure record used to prevent accidental restoration are routinely removed after 90 days. Encrypted backup copies expire under the configured backup retention schedule; a restored backup must reapply completed deletion requests.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, remove approval from evidence, switch off a public listing, download your company data and close your account in preferences. Use the privacy contact for correction, access or deletion requests that cannot be completed there. Public listing inaccuracies can be reported from the listing page.

Cookies and providers

The service uses essential session and security cookies, with no advertising trackers. Hosting, storage, transactional email, AI and payment providers process the information needed to deliver their configured features. Stripe handles payment details on its own hosted pages; card numbers are not stored here.
